Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
Prestige Transfer ("we", "us", "our") is a private transfer and tour operator based in Santorini, Greece. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through this website or via WhatsApp.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. By submitting a booking enquiry you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age • The information provided is accurate and complete • You accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all passengers in your group
3. Pricing & Payment
All quoted prices are per vehicle, not per person, unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is collected by the driver at the end of the service in cash, or as otherwise agreed in writing. No advance online payment is required to secure a booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: no charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: 50% of the agreed fare may be charged. • No-shows (passenger fails to appear at the agreed location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time): 100% of the agreed fare will be charged. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your booking. Please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp.
5. Our Obligations
We will: • Provide a clean, roadworthy, fully insured vehicle and a professional, licensed driver • Monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge • Assist with luggage as reasonably required We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or superior vehicle without prior notice.
6. Passenger Obligations
Passengers must: • Be ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time • Wear seatbelts at all times • Not consume food or drinks (other than water) inside the vehicle without prior consent • Not smoke or use e-cigarettes in the vehicle • Behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of other passengers or the driver We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger's behaviour poses a safety risk.
7. Luggage & Personal Belongings
We accept no liability for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is loaded and unloaded. Oversized or excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, adverse weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delay or vehicle breakdown, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative vehicle.
9. Liability
Our liability to you shall not exceed the total fare paid for the relevant journey. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses (including missed flights, missed connections, or lost bookings) arising from late arrival or non-performance of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santorini, Greece.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation shall apply to your booking.
